The beginning of Kario

Kario’s story began when Dr. Sierra’s child faced challenges with sleep and calmness, and the traditional powdered herbs proved difficult to administer. This inspired the creation of the first Chinese medicine-based gummies, merging clinical formulas with convenience and taste. Alongside tinctures—long a staple in the clinic for their potency—these products bring the power of high-quality cGMP herbs directly into your home.

PEACE COLECTIVO

We are currently supporting the Peace Colectivo. This non-profit is based in Austin, Texas and is a collective of community members and Texas Medical Board licensed and NCCAOM-certified acupuncturists and herbalists who work to promote health equity by bringing no cost and low-cost acupuncture services to historically underserved and frontline communities in Austin. They strive to educate communities about the benefits of East Asian medicine and to create opportunities where people can experience these benefits without the barriers of language or socioeconomic status.
